The noise insulation is appalling with thin walls letting in disturbances from other rooms!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is frustratingly poor!!! The sofas scream for new cushions, as comfort is non-existent!!!

The hotel was situated in the very central location close to the ski lift. The room was fantastic and huge, complete with balcony, big comfy dog bed, for example. The staff was accommodating and pleasant in managing every request.

The staff are pleasant and the breakfast is rich. The deluxe apartment is warm and has an electronic key card, a multi-channel television and a dining area.

The room's spaciousness with well-equipped kitchen amenities was a definite plus. With a cozy balcony that allowed for some enjoyable mountain views, it provided a nice spot to unwind.

The sofa's comfort left much to be desired, as it was harder than expected and could use some upgrades. The swimming pool was colder than ideal, and it had restricted operating hours from 3 PM to 9 PM. The Wi-Fi was unreliable in the room, and the housekeeping service wasn't up to par, as it wasn't daily and essentials like toilet paper were not consistently replenished. Plus, there were instances of slippery floors around the spa area, raising safety concerns.

The spacious rooms offer a lovely view, with a convenient kitchenette for light cooking. The sauna and spa facilities are good after a day on the slopes! Make sure to enjoy the varied breakfast, too!

The location near coffee shops and restaurants is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for cooking, with a nice balcony for enjoying the views. I appreciated the free parking available nearby. It got a bit cold at night despite the heater they provided. The noise insulation isn't great either. I struggled to sleep due to noise from the neighbors. Cleaning could be more frequent. The room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay.

The location is super nice and close to everything, just a short walk to the gondola. The pool and saunas are a great way to relax after skiing, and breakfast had a lot of options, really tasty. We loved how big the apartment was, with plenty of space for our family. The staff were really friendly and helped us a lot .
